Measure Your Online Recruiting Results
The Recruiting Dashboard named 2009 Top HR Product of the Year ... see why.

Introducing The Recruiting Dashboard™

HR Top Product of the Year - 2009

Relying on candidates to tell you how they found your company and/or jobs online during the apply process isn't a reliable way to measure your recruiting sources.  Plus, it only tells you a small part of the story.

Most employers will admit that they don't have accurate visibility to key metrics regarding their career site visitors which is the key to determining what your real cost per applicant or cost per hire is by your online sources. While we do not provide cost per applicant or cost per hire information, knowing the effectiveness of your online sources are key ingredients.  That's why we created the Recruiting Dashboard™.

Recruiting Dashboard

This picture shows examples of how users are presented with summary information as well as Geospatial (Geographic Location) data allowing the user to click on the map to interrogate the data.

The Recruiting Dashboard™ provides companies with a real-time view of their interactive recruiting results. Instead of relying on the candidate to tell you how they found out about your company or job, our server based technology captures the referring source of each career site visitor and then tags each applicant as they enter your ATS system.  (In some cases your ATS may even hide the "how did you hear about us" question from the candidate if this source tag is provided.)

The Recruiting Dashboard™ gives you individual visitor and candidate level tracking data, versus generic or quantitative measurement which only provides high level data such as how many site visitors or page views you've had, but doesn't show you exactly where candidates came from that entered your apply process.
